Emily L. Siron
Attorney
Emily received their Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from the University of South Carolina.
Originally from Blythewood, South Carolina, Emily is licensed to practice law in Virginia. While in law school, Emily interned for REPRO Rising Virginia, the ACLU of Virginia, and Chief Judge Marla Decker of the Virginia Court of Appeals. After being admitted to the Virginia bar, Emily worked for the Chesterfield County Public Defender's Office where they represented indigent clients in all varieties of criminal matters. This position led them to be interested in practicing immigration law as they had the privilege of representing many immigrant clients and learning about the intersections of criminal and immigration law.
Emily speaks Spanish and is dedicated to a compassionate, client-centered approach to representation. They are committed to ensuring that all clients have a guide through the world of immigration law.
